Imagine a life where you can’t kick a ball or run in a grassy field. Imagine being shunned because of your physical appearance. These are the things Dr. Ashok Banskota aims to change. Through his selfless work in a remote Nepalese village, children are getting a shot at a new life.
Though he is locally known, the world may never have discovered what amazing work he does. That is, if it weren’t for the World of Children organization. Their mission is to seek out and honor people doing charitable work that helps kids.
Their search turned up many honorable people, but one of the awards went to Dr. Banskota for going above and beyond. Maybe it will inspire others to try to change the world too.
