Prominent People in Philanthropy: Emily Youssouf

Emily Youssouf has been a major asset to several financial and affordable housing institutions since obtaining her MA from Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy. Besides her role as an educator, serving as a real estate professor for New York University, Youssouf has served on the boards of the Citizens Budget Commission, The Citizens Housing and Planning Council, and many others. While currently working for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), she has contributed her knowledge of providing affordable housing to help the residents of New York City. Youssouf is not only an academic authority in the realms of public housing and finance, but she is also a philanthropic role model for all.
