Heidi Klum has made a career of projecting femininity as a Victoria’s Secret model, the Project Runway host, and through her work with Sports Illustrated. Klum, who understands the assets and drawbacks of being a women in society today also uses her fame to advocate for women’s rights. The BBC Children in Need’s Bearfaced campaign was designed to encourage women to embrace their natural beauty by forgoing their daily make-up routines on November 9th. With Heidi Klum backing up the campaign, she sends a message that femininity is naturally beautiful.
